Now Accepting Insurance

Read below for the most up-to-date insurance information, fees, and other important information regarding payments.

Dr. Jenny White sits at her desk and is now accepting some insurance plans. Please keep reading to find out how to apply insurance benefits to your therapy sessions with Dr. Jenny for anxiety, workplace stress, and relationship issues.

Insurance & Payment Options

It is important to me that clients have access to high-quality mental health care that is as affordable and accessible as possible.

For this reason, I have chosen to participate with several major insurance providers. Being in-network allows me to provide therapy at a lower out-of-pocket cost for clients who would like or need to use their insurance benefits.

If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, you are still welcome to work with me as a self-pay client. Depending on your plan, you may also have out-of-network benefits that allow you to submit claims for reimbursement.

I am currently in-network with:

  • Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware

    • I can accept many out-of-area Blue Cross Blue Shield plans; however, coverage and network participation vary by plan, so please verify your benefits before your first appointment.

  • Aetna

Check with Your Insurance Company

Insurance coverage and benefits can vary significantly depending on your specific plan. Even when I participate with your insurance company, your plan may have its own deductible, copay, coinsurance, authorization, or other requirements.

Before your first session, please contact your insurance provider to:

  1. Confirm that I am an in-network provider

  2. Verify your behavioral health benefits and expected out-of-pocket costs

Self-Pay and Out-of-Network Fees

  • Initial Intake Session: $200

  • Individual Therapy Session: $185

Good Faith Estimates

If you do not have insurance or choose not to use your insurance for therapy, federal law generally requires you to receive a Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs. I will provide a Good Faith Estimate when required and can provide one upon request.

A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of the expected cost of your care and is not a bill. You can view the standard notice here: No Surprises Act

For more information about your rights, Good Faith Estimates, and the No Surprises Act, please visit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
